All ticket sales and auction item purchases support the charitable mission of Ladies of Charity Memphis and are considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations except in cases where an event is canceled by our organization. If an event is canceled, we will contact all registered participants regarding refund options.

Fulfillment / Shipping Policy

Event tickets are fulfilled electronically via email confirmation. Auction items are distributed in person at the event. No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.
